Seven months! :)

Hi everyone!! How are you all doing?

So sorry for the lack of updates. I’ve been highly preoccupied at the office hence haven’t had time to sit down and properly put up posts on stuff that’s been going on in my life. Well, not that it matters much to most la, hahahahaha!

Anyhuuuuuuu!!

Yesterday marked a full seven months of me being a wife. The wife to my darling husband whom I simply love and adore. In celebration, he vacuumed the whole room and put up a wonderful post on his blog dedicated to me! Hahahahha, yer kawan-kawan, Tuan Magistrate telah bersusah payah mengangkut vacuum Rainbow seberat 50 tan itu sebab dia kesian isteri dia asyik bersin-bersin disebabkan habuk. Isn’t he the sweetest?

I’m so happy we’re married. LOL. Cliche but it’s so true.

After our wedding, we were so caught up with the whole newlyweds stuff that we barely had time to organize our wedding photos. Thank God we had excellent photographers (Adamremy and Daniel Zain) who made us beautiful wedding albums and portraiture print outs. Though the albums were all set to be permanent fixtures by the coffee table, we still had the stack of print outs that needed to be framed.

It’s only six months after the wedding that we finally managed to find one weekend where we had no chores to do, errands to run or relatives to visit!! So off to Ikea we went along with my parents, and scoured the entire picture frames section for the best frames to put our beautiful wedding photos in. We already had a lot of photo frames that we received as wedding gifts, but the portraiture pictures needed larger frames, and we didn’t have those, so kenalah beli.

We went home with more picture frames we’ve ever bought in our entire lives and got straight to work putting the pictures into their rightful frames. It was harder than we thought it would be, choosing the right pictures for the right frames, cutting and trimming so they would fit into the chosen frames, the husband mengomel kenapa gambar dia letak takmo stay in place etc.
But we managed to do them all well, and now our wedding photos are all over the house, YAY!!

Last but not least, just for fun, I’m posting up these two pictures of us, side by side. The one on top was taken on 20th January 2001, the date we “officially” became a couple (aahahahahha, SO HIGH SCHOOL!!) and the one below was taken on 5th April 2008 (wedding reception :D) See any difference?? Hahhahahaha!

We have been blessed by the Great One that we have managed to stay together this long and he even smiled on us some more when he paved the way for us to be married. For that, I never forget to say my gratitude in my prayers every single day.
