The three of us along with my dad attended the opening of a new little party shop in TTDI recently. It’s a half-shop called Party Gadget and the owner is my dad’s friend, which was how we got invited to their little opening.
I’m so happy to have a party shop so close to home!! Otherwise, I used to have to drive all the way to Kota Damansara or Bangsar for my helium balloon fix (I just made myself sound like a helium-addict) but not anymore! Wheeee!!
Before we left the house, we told Alisha “We’re going to a shop to see balloons!”. Little did we know that Alisha held on to that promise.
The moment we reached Party Gadget, she was already eyeing the balloon decoratives outside the shop. We then said hello to a few of dad’s friends. Alisha had her own plans. She put her hands out to the Madam Tokei Kedai herself, and when the Aunty was so happy that my baby wanted her, Alisha said to her sweetly, “Lolloon?”
