Alisha’s first professional haircut!

Posted on October 18, 2010November 24, 2011 by liyanaaznil

I went to meet my trusty stylist, Lily, yesterday. My hair was a complete mess and I felt that it’s time for her to fix my frizz. Besides, the weddings of my best friends are coming up! I can’t look like a drab kan?? hehehe

The husband tagged along with little Alisha. Of course my stylist gave squeals of delight when she saw Alisha as she’s never seen her before. Her squeals of delight quickly turned into shrieks of horror.

“EEEeeee!!! Who cut her hair like that one?!”

Err.. yes.. did i tell you that I kind of butchered my baby’s fringe? heh heh heh…

Did it just two days before her birthday party. I wanted to just trim it a little as her hair was getting into her eyes. So i positioned the scissors, and just as I snipped, she moved. Whoopsie. So my baby has her own hair issues as well.

Alisha rocking the “just out of bed” look

It wasn’t thaaaaat bad but to the eyes of a professional hair stylist, of course it was unacceptable, lol!

So I asked her if she could fix Alisha’s hair for me and voila! Alisha got her very first professional haircut!

Lily was expecting Alisha to be all fidgety, tempremental and throw a huge fuss but of course that’s so not my little girl’s style. She has plans to look as good as the big girls! LOL! She just sat there nicely as Lily went to work on her hair. I bet if she could talk, Alisha would’ve started a gossip session with her Aunty Lily already.

Hello there Aunty Lily! Yes, I’d like you to fix my fringe please.

Funny right? Mommy thought she could cut my hair like a pro!Β

… and then she went “alamak! senget!!”

Oops, I think you dropped something

We’re done? Yay! Can i put this pink clip in my hair now?

Needless to say, Alisha had a great time at the salon. Lily loved her tiny customer as well πŸ˜€ Alisha’s haircut was FOC, courtesy of Aunty Lily.
Oh, almost forgot, I got myself a new do too πŸ™‚ after more than three years of letting my hair go au naturale, I let Lily work her wonders and spruced up my look a bit. Loved the outcome πŸ˜‰
In case you’re interested, Lily’s salon is called Rosso. It’s the same row as Pizza Hut in TTDI. If you can’t get her, try her adorably cute right-hand-man Victor *grin*
