I tried out a new dessert for Alisha the other day. The recipe sounded yummy so I made an extra bowl for the daddy too. Alisha liked it so much; she finished up her Daddy’s portion as well! He only managed to have a little taste (which he approved!), heheheh. Oh well, I’ll make some for you next time, ok love?

I call her dessert Bananarama!

Here’s what you need:
One small ripe banana
Maple syrup
Vanilla essence/pure
Cinnamon (optional)

Here’s what you do:

Preheat your oven to 180˚C
Slice the banana into thin slices and place in an oven-safe bowl
Drizzle a bit of maple syrup onto your bananas (not too much because the bananas are naturally sweet)
Add a drop of vanilla and stir it around
Pop the bowl of bananas into your oven for around eight minutes

Once done, add a dash of cinnamon (if you’d like that extra zest!) and let it cool for around 5-10 minutes.

Mash up the bananas if needed for baby and your Bananarama is ready to be served!

Now, watch your baby gobble up her dessert with glee! Enjoy!

Note : I didn’t manage to take pictures so I’m just using Google images to help illustrate this post. Hope you Doodlers don’t mind!
