So I’ve come to realize that I look like a zombie (thanks to the recent episodes of life). Not that I was such a picture perfect model of a healthy woman previously but I feel like I can do better. I’m pale and stick thin and my skin has lost its shine. Sunggoh tak best. All my clothes look like they belong to someone else.
So here are new resolutions (that might join previous buried resolutions) for my very own self.
Note : I’m writing this here so that if I purposely forget, all you kind people can smack me on the head and say “remember what you said you wanted to do??”
1.Eat them vitamins!
I’m lazy at this. I can hardly remember to eat my vitamin C (chewables ok), let alone other daily supplements (multivits, folic acid etc). Must eat vitamins.
Ok this one’s a bit tough. I hate milk. I don’t like the taste and I can’t stand the after taste it leaves in your mouth. Pastu kalau minum 3 days in a row, mesti kena gieh toilet berkali-kali punye. However, I shudder at the thought of having brittle bones in the near future, so here’s another daily intake that I have to force upon myself.
Haaa… ini la silap dia… people always ALWAYS say, “aalaaaa… orang kurus watpe nak eksesais, dah kurus tu takyah sibuk-sibuk nak ekesesaiisss..”. Obviously, I don’t exercise. At all. Nope. Zero. Nada. I think that’s the reason why I constantly feel lethargic and weak. Cepat penat. So I’m going to schedule in at least one “keep fit” activity per week! Start slow-slow la kan..eheheh.. Anyone up for a swim?
4.Fruits fruits fruits!
Ok this one no problemo. Fruits ailaik!
5.Put on weight!!
Hah, ni yang paling susah. Been trying since forever. This year was the one time I managed to bring myself up to almost 40kg (pastu puasa, food poisoning, there goes everything). So the new resolution would be to bring my weight back up to the big four-o by end of this year. Woot woot!
